Eva Mendes has once again proven that she – like many other stylish A-listers – looks amazing in animal print; leopard print to be exact!
The 51-year-old 2 Fast 2 Furious actress, who is of Cuban descent, looked incredible posing in a leopard print dress in a fun video she shared with her 6.8M Instagram followers on September 10th to rave about Violetas perfume and Materva soda.
The Place Beyond the Pines actress captioned her post: “Cubanita alert. Violetas perfume, a can of Materva soda and leopard & hoops. Who’s with me, where my Cubanos at?” She finished off with a red heart emoji and the Cuban flag emoji.

The video featured the mom-of-two raving about how the scent takes her back to her childhood, while rubbing it on various body parts. “It’s heaven, it takes me back. You know how scents really take you back. It’s just crazy. It’s my childhood with my mom, it’s amazing.”
The children’s book author wore a loose leopard print dress, featuring a halter neckline and a daring, plunging front. She accessorized with a long pendant necklace, a gold bangle, gold rings, and oversized gold hoop earrings, which she actually had some trouble with in the video. She handled it like a pro though!
Eva has spoken of her proud Cuban heritage on several occasions over the years, even joking that husband Ryan Gosling, who she shares daughters Amada and Esmeralda with, is “more Cuban than I am sometimes.” She previously revealed how the Oscar-nominated Barbie actor has perfectly integrated into her Cuban family, and even adopted the same parenting style. She told Vogue last year: “I’m the typical Cuban mom who says, ‘You’re not having a sleepover because I don’t know those people!’ And you know who else is like that? The Cuban Ryan!”
