Taylor Swift uses a bulletproof screen at Arrowhead Stadium after threats from alleged stalker Brian Jason Wagner.

Taylor Swift has a stalker.
Taylor Swift has stepped up her security after facing new threats from an alleged stalker. At a recent event, the singer arrived shielded by a bulletproof screen, a move that left many fans puzzled and guessing it was a publicity stunt or part of her next big reveal. But insiders say the unusual step had nothing to do with hype. Instead, it was a serious measure taken by her team to protect her safety, following disturbing incidents connected to a man who has repeatedly targeted her.
The heightened measures follow troubling incidents involving Brian Jason Wagner, who has allegedly been pursuing Swift since mid-2024. Wagner is accused of multiple break-ins at her Los Angeles residence and of spreading false claims, including that he fathered a child with the singer.
Swift obtained a temporary restraining order (TRO) against him, requiring that he stay 100 yards away. However, private investigator Brooke Berg, in legal filings, stated that Wagner has avoided phone calls and attempts to serve court papers, preventing the order from being made permanent.
An insider close to the singer told the outlet that Swift remains wary of Wagner’s behaviour and its potential escalation. “Her team has to be hyper vigilant because she has been stalked so many times and recently discovered she has been targeted by [online] groups on social media. She will change promotional plans or scale back if any threats she has received online are deemed to be serious by her security team. It’s horrible.”
The source also said Swift feels “concerned” by the “depraved lengths he has gone to to invade her privacy.”
The extreme protective measures drew attention at Arrowhead Stadium, where Swift was seen entering under a bulletproof screen. While some speculated it was part of a promotional stunt, insiders confirmed it was a direct response to the threats.
“They used the screen to keep her safe. They have used that screen before, but usually it is for the President or someone like that, not a celebrity. But this was a weird week,” one insider explained.
This is not the first time the pop star has faced such dangers. Over the years, Swift has encountered several serious stalking incidents.
Frank Edward Hoover threatened Swift’s father in 2015, calling the family “the evil family of devils” and referring to himself as “the real son of God.” Arrested in 2016, Hoover was later sentenced to ten years of probation.
David Crowe was arrested outside Swift’s New York home in 2024 after repeated attempts to break in.
Eric Swarbrick was convicted for sending threatening letters to the singer.
Mohammed Jaffar and Roger Alvarado both faced charges for trespassing and breaking into her residences.
